Bluepharma celebrated on October 12, 2022 the 5th anniversary of Bluelean, the continuous improvement program that is currently underway at Bluepharma. Based on team development principles for the consistent elimination of waste through simple tools, it is very important to reinforce that the most central objectives of this movement are to increase the effectiveness and evolution of our organization's resilience, due to the permanent creation of value in its various pharmaceutical and support activities.
With the world in constant change, only the most resilient organizations are able to adapt in order to grow, but above all, to be able to respond to the expectations and responsibilities that fall on them. It is, therefore, in this context that it makes sense to create programs such as Bluelean, which, under a very clear methodology and constituted by international references, can stimulate the development of performance and innovation, based on the rethinking of processes that positively link technical competence with the empathy and dedication of the various employees participating in this dynamic.
Looking at the last 5 years, the Bluelean continuous improvement team has increased its organizational influence and sought to cement values of quality in processes, commitment to team growth, strategic support for ongoing activities, focus on prioritization and communication development, and people, aiming for the growth of standardization in the way of complying with routines for the future, but also calling for respect for transparency in the fulfillment of good practices inherent to Bluepharma's activity.
Assuming that the fight against waste has to be daily, collective, must be applied by everyone and everywhere, the cultural change of improvement of the Bluepharma organization has been notorious, due to the growth of the levels of implementation of the normalized daily meetings, and the development of dozens of projects aimed at the various places where value is created every day, but which can always be rethought.
