Bluepharma supported the launch of the book Plantas e Produtos Vegetais na Bíblia (Plants and Vegetable Products in the Bible), written by António Proença da Cunha, Professor at the School of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra and one of the most prolific researchers and professors in Portugal in the fields of pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, and pharmacology, with important work carried out on aromatic and medicinal plants of the Portuguese flora.
The presentation of the book took place at the CUMN – Centro Universitário Manuel da Nóbrega, on 10 January 2020, with Paulo Barradas Rebelo, President of Bluepharma, and João Rui Pita, Professor of the School of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra, in attendance.
