On December 15, 2018, the 41st São Silvestre Race of Coimbra was held, with the support of Bluepharma. Winding through the city streets of Coimbra, this edition consisted of a 10 km race and a 5 km walk.
The race, which had more than 1200 participants, covered a course of approximately 10 km and included a parallel event, supported by Bluepharma, the Mini S. Silvestre and the Walk (for all ages).
