June is marked by World Environment Day, an important date that serves as the United Nations' main vehicle to promote global awareness and action for the environment. The goal is to ensure that all citizens understand the responsibility they have to care for the planet and become agents of change.
In 2024, the theme of World Environment Day was "Accelerating Land Restoration, Resilience to Drought, and Desertification."
To reinforce this awareness and encourage active participation, we invite all Bluepharma employees and their families to mark this special day by joining the Bluepharma Walk (5km).
This activity took place on June 8th at the Mata Nacional do Choupal in Coimbra, followed by a social lunch.
