With the aim of implementing good continuous improvement practices that already exist within other teams at Bluepharma, promoting the identification and structured resolution of problems in the new Eiras factory, we implemented, in the first half of 2023, the first continuous improvement project focused on waste reduction, process standardization, and development of performance indicators, in Bluepharma's recent industrial unit for the production of potent drugs.
In this initiative, team dynamics were developed, as well as diagnostic and process improvement actions.
Continuous Improvement is an essential pillar for Bluepharma, we will continue to make it an increasingly common practice, so that together we can remove weight from the concept of work and add more value to the word time.
