On February 11, 2022, we marked the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, by sharing a short video with the testimonies of some employees from Bluepharma's Research and Development area.
This day, established by the UN, emerged in 2011 with the aim of highlighting the important role of women in the production of scientific knowledge. Women occupy around 55% of senior roles at Bluepharma, showing our commitment to improving gender equality in science.
