On December 3, 2021, the debate session "More Employment, More Insertion, More Integration" took place, promoted by APPACDM Coimbra, with the participation of the Director of Corporate Sustainability at Bluepharma, Margarida Mesquita, addressing the theme "More Employment ...Towards Employment for All | Good Employability Practices".

On the same date, the International Day of People with Disabilities was celebrated and the trainees of the Cook Course had the opportunity to teach, in Showcooking mode, how to make a delicious sweet rice recipe typical of Baixo Mondego.

This initiative aimed to promote a reflection on the social and labor integration of people with disabilities. Bluepharma actively contributes to the social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities.
