On 9 January 2023, Bluepharma welcomed around 20 new trainees from the University of Coimbra’s Faculty of Pharmacy, who were placed in the company's different departments.
In recent years, Bluepharma has recruited over 200 employees to strengthen the various specialised areas that are key to Bluepharma’s development strategy.
